Return and Refund Policy

At GAT , our priority is your peace of mind and the well-being of your cat. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery.

Conditions for accepting a return:

• The item must be unused , in perfect condition and with its complete original packaging .
• Must include all original accessories, manuals and labels.
• The 15-day period must be counted from the date of receipt of the product .

We do not accept returns if:

• The product has been used, damaged or altered by the customer.
• Missing parts, tags, or original packaging.
• The 15 calendar day period has passed since delivery.

How to request a refund?

2. We will respond with instructions for shipping the product.
3. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds:

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility , except in the case of a shipping error or defective product.
• The refund will be issued within a maximum of 7 business days after receipt and review of the product.
