We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Timeframe:

 14 days from the date of receipt.

Eligible for return:

  • Any product within 14 days of receipt, regardless of reason.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

Not eligible for return:

  • Products used or damaged by the customer.

How to request a return:

  1. Email us at oficinatiendaonline@gmail.com explaining the reason.
  2. Attach photos of the product.
  3. We will review your case and provide instructions within 48 hours.

Return shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error: GAT Original covers the cost.
  • If the return is due to customer error: the customer covers the cost.
