Shipping method: We work with a network of international suppliers based in Europe and Asia to bring you quality cat travel products.

Estimated delivery times:

• Spain: 12–18 business days
• Rest of Europe: 12–20 business days
• United States: 12–20 business days

Slight variations may occur due to customs or supplier availability.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided when available from the supplier.

Incorrect addresses: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a new shipping fee will apply.
