Conditions for accepting a return:
- The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original complete packaging.
- It must include all accessories, manuals, and original tags.
- The 15-day period starts from the date you received the product.
We do not accept returns if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Parts, tags, or original packaging are missing.
- The 15 calendar days since delivery have passed.
How to request a return: Send an email to oficinatiendaonline@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions for shipping the product back. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.
