Order processing: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once processed, you'll receive an email with your tracking details and tracking number.

Estimated shipping time: Delivery times vary by destination and typically take between 4 and 8 business days from the moment your order has been shipped.

Insured shipping: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Tracking: All our shipments include a tracking number, which you'll receive by email once your order has left the warehouse.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At GAT, your peace of mind and your cat's wellbeing are our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

Conditions for accepting a return:

• The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original complete packaging.
• It must include all accessories, manuals, and original tags.
• The 15-day period starts from the date you received the product.

We do not accept returns if:

• The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
• Parts, tags, or original packaging are missing.
• The 15 calendar days since delivery have passed.

How to request a return: Send an email to oficinatiendaonline@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions for shipping the product back. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of shipping error or defective product.
• Refunds are processed within a maximum of 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

Defective product or order error: If your product arrives damaged or we made an error with your order, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we'll cover all costs and send you the correct product at no additional charge.
